We recently visited Poh Heng Jewellery to trade in a gold necklace and had a wonderful and satisfying experience. A big thumbs up to Angel!Her professional, patient, and attentive attitude made our visit truly exceptional. We've had the pleasure of being served by her at the Bedok branch, Lot One branch, and we were delighted to see her again at the JEM branch. Her consistency in providing top-notch service speaks volumes about her dedication.

Because of Angel’s exceptional service and expert advice, we ended up purchasing not just a new necklace but also a beautiful pendant. Additionally, I must compliment the stunning and trending jewellery collections at Poh Heng. The quality and craftsmanship of their pieces have significantly improved over the years, making each visit a delightful experience.

One small suggestion: it would be great if Poh Heng could continue serving bottled water to enhance the overall shopping experience.
