Coffee and croissant was nice, and the location is conveniently located. However, the attitude of one of the staff was very rude.

I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant, paid for it, the croissant came but not the coffee. I chased for the coffee which eventually came. When I left the shop, a staff stopped me and said that I have to pay (again) for the coffee.

I showed her the receipt which clearly indicated that the coffee was paid for, and the other staff who took my order also explained to her (in Slovak I supposed which I cannot understand), but that rude staff insisted that I have to pay for the coffee. After some back and forth, I managed to leave the shop without having to pay extra. The staff who took my order was nice, but the rude staff insisted that she didn’t need to say sorry (that was exactly what she said) and just turned around.

I totally understand that a coffee shop can get busy in the morning and there could be misunderstanding. However, as a very basic etiquette, I think one has to say sorry for...

Cute and cozy coffee with nice modern decoration in center of Bratislava. Ok service, nothing outstanding, but nothin bad. Had there delicious pumpkin matcha latte and some coffee. The coffee was mediocre, you can for sure find better coffee for cheaper. But overall it's one of the better places.

Very nice, cozy café located near to the castle. Place was clean, the prices were not too high, the waitresses were very nice and helpful. I recommend this place we found here different special kinds of coffees which I haven't seen elsewhere. My tip: try the Spanish latte (caramel) and the croissant which comes with a delicious...
