Soupculture was SUCH a cool find - a wonderful little café right in the heart of the Old Town, Bratislava, Slovakia! This spot specializes in soups (obviously), but what makes this place unique is their whole concept of using edible bowls! The soup is essentially served in a tall bowl (basically a tall, large cup with a big lip) and you first eat the soup…then eat the bowl that it came in! We got the lentil soup and the pumpkin/sweet potato soup, as well as their kids’ punch, which was the same as classic Slovakian Christmas punch, but just the non-alcoholic version. Both soups were SO GOOD, some of the best we have ever had, and the bowls they came in were actually really good as well! The bowl they use is actually super compressed bread and it soaks up the flavor of whatever soup was in it - really good! The punch was also excellent, would 100% get again, and it was overall an awesome place. If you are looking for something very reasonably-priced (not expensive) and healthier than other options in Bratislava’s Old Town, this is the perfect café!

Cute little shop that sells very yummy soup! We had the mixed mushroom soup for €5.9 and had the tumeric cone. The space is very small so you’ll most likely have to walk and eat. It’s very delicious!

Overall a good experience with delicious soup in an edible cup. I liked the cup very much and the machine that makes the cup is super cool. The bread tasted good and was crispy. The soup was also good (garlic soup) and I liked that you could ad toppings like parsley and cheese. I only gave the food 4 stars because I think the soup could use a little more love. A more creamy texture and deeper taste would really have made it perfect. But nonetheless I would stil recommend you to try it. I also like the concept of not using single use plastic. And it's also super cheap!

We tried this amazing street soup place in Bratislava and absolutely loved it! The soup is served in a bread bowl, which makes the experience even more special. We had the lentil soup and chose the turmeric bread – everything was super tasty and filling. You can also add toppings like parsley and crispy onions (I did and definitely recommend it!). The price was only €5.50, which is amazing for such a tourist-friendly spot. The location is very easy to find, and overall it’s a 10/10 for me. Highly recommended to anyone...
