I ordered sushi with my friends at 19:00 via Bolt and we paid over 60 euros. The delivery was done by the restaurant’s own courier. In my Bolt Food app, it showed that the courier would arrive at 21:06, so we went to a shop for a few minutes. I didn’t expect the courier to arrive earlier. He called at 20:24, but I couldn’t answer the phone because I was in the shop. He didn’t even leave the package near the door and just took it with him. We didn’t get our food or money (60€!!) that day.
After this review Kazumi called me back after one day and apologised for everything that happened and gave me a voucher for 50€. They also proposed to do the same order one more time and send it but I choose voucher. So I can say that they REALLY care about their customers...

I ordered the 40 piece omakase set and they gave us the wrong set 34. The sushi still tasted nice. The chef apologised but the waitress who messed up the order didn’t. Dine-in lunch: udon with beef and foie gras, sencha, americano Udon had a bit too much sauce to my personal taste but overall nicely made. Tender beef pieces, properly seared foie gras (and although the foie gras potion was smaller than anticipated but who can ever have enough foie gras?) Proper udon too, which was a lovely surprise.
