Sumi — Restaurant in Bratislava

This is the second sushi restaurant I've been to in Bratislava and both have been an utter disappointment. This one at least, has a fair price and service is quick.

I ordered a medium sushi box and the rice is mushy and tasteless. The tuna was terrible and clearly not fresh while the salmon was fair. The avocado was ripe and nice.

I also orders a miso ramen and the amount of miso was way too little, so it was quite watery compared to what I'm used to. The lamen was slightly overcooked. With a couple of teaspoons with chilli paste (available at the table), it got some taste at least.

Taken into consideration that it is a supermarket fast food consept, I'm giving it a total score of three despite the disappointment. Bratislava is still not the place for sushi or Japanese food in general, but given more competition and experience, perhaps it will be some years...
