An Unforgettable Experience at Rock Cafe Koper!

My visit to Rock Cafe in Koper was nothing short of amazing! The ambiance is fantastic – it strikes the perfect balance between a laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere. The moment you walk in, you can feel the energy and love for music. As soon as we arrived the waiter was already acting a bit rude, then we waited to order for a good 15 minutes, while he was taking orders from other people that arrived after us! When we finally ordered, we waited for the food for 50 minutes!!!!! When we got the food, the waiter gave us onion rings instead of fries, because they did not have any fries left. Now, i would've understood the situation had the waiter told us before and asked if we wanted onion rings instead, but he did not care! He just gave us the plate and walked away. When we were paying we asked the waiter for a discount on that order because we did not eat the onion rings and simply because of the protocol he definitely did not follow. He gave us a 1€ discount on a 10€ meal and still wanted a tip after all that. Truly one of the worst experiences with a waiter. Will not be coming back. Other food was okay, but...

We had highly priced and rather low quality pancakes and waffles.

The service was horrible. We ordered at the counter where we saw the waffles advertised. I had to pay 5% tips at least, there was no option to not pay tips. We did not say that we want the food for take-away, but we still received it in plastic packaging (the kind of packaging that have already been banned in most places, by the way).

Then we realised that there is a table area, so we asked if we can sit there, to which we received a neglectful “yes”. After we have finished with the food and wanted to leave, they warned us to take our empty plastic packaging with us(!). This is happening after having given them compulsory tips.
