Calling this a “service” is an insult to the word. We waited endlessly for the waiter to even appear. When he finally did, he took our order and vanished. Ten minutes later, part of the drinks arrived. Then another part. The third? Nowhere to be seen. When I politely asked where it was, the waiter snapped back with attitude, accusing me of being rude—for simply expecting what I paid for.
This place is a masterclass in how to drive guests away. The staff clearly couldn’t care less, and the level of disrespect is staggering. I would easier answer the question "what they do not have" than "what do they have". The choice is really varied and not only everyday but specially prepared. From gluten-free (raw) cakes to LCHF cakes and usual cakes which seem amazing, usual ice cream as well as special ice cream (e.g. with coconut milk or rice milk), ice cream cakes, many different special coffees, teas and other drinks. The atmosphere is nice, the interior inside is kind of old style but new, staff amazingly friendly and the place usually crowded. We were a group of four and all highly satisfied.
