I had a great experience at Steers Paarl! The staff were friendly and welcoming. My order was taken promptly, and the food was ready in no time. The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, just the way Steers is known for. The chips were fresh and perfectly seasoned — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere for both dine-in and takeaway. I also appreciated how efficient and organized the service was, even during busy hours.

Bad online service. 35 minutes Late deliveries . No phone ethics.. no communication.. phone rings for 60seconds , they pic up and say nothing even if you can hear the staff talking and customers ordering .. .. cold food .. old chips .. wet buns basting...

Waited 20min for 2 cheese burgers and chips and it was not even busy. When we enquiried about our order one burger was done and been packed for 5min and they still wait on the second burger. And it's a small burger. Plus no salt or spice was packed...
