I’m so disappointed in this branch, I’m sitting at home hungry waiting for my pizza that I ordered at 19:50 and paid using my card, they were so quick to debit the money from my card and they never delivered. I’m done with Debonairs. I’d rather not eat anything even if they were the only restaurant on earth. I’m so disappointed, to even think that I bothered myself buying airtime to find out if the order is being delivered and they told me to wait an didn’t mention that I will wait forever.😒. Debonairs app and Smith Street are a SCAM. Scamming broke students. Horrible Horrible and Horrible service. I called in at 15:15 to place an order for delivery, at 15:50 received an SMS that my order has been delivered to my address while no delivery was made, so i called in to enquire but couldn't get hold of the store, even the call center tried numerous times but nothing went right. An hour 15 minutes later they final called me and said my pizza is on the way, waited for another 15 min still no delivery so I had to cancel the order and opt for something else, at 17:00 the manager calls and apologize and requests if they can deliver my pizza. I bought Pizza in Anton Lembede Street Durban Central, it was Real Deal and I asked for another base but between the two bases it was just dry. I first bought such Pizza in Westville Mall and I enjoyed it very much. Then I bought it again here in Durban Central, its just not worth it. I wouldn't recommend. I have bought other pizzas several times here but the toppings are just not sufficient, I once added cheese on a tripple decker but I didn't see any extra cheese I paid for and I don't even bother now paying for extra cheese course their pizza looks and tastes the same without...
