Feedback: I made an online order today, 29 Sep at around 15:30 and there was no available driver to deliver the order after the stores accepted so one of the gentlemen that works at the store walked with my order whilst it was raining to my residential address at Homi. His communication skills and customer service skills were exceptional, top tier (this is coming from someone who works in quality). I really appreciate the efforts made, he went over and above. I had a very bad experience at steers on 23 December 2019. I bought my meal and I was told to sit and wait. While I was waiting I noticed that the floor was very dirty, litter was all over the place even my table had not been cleared. I waited for 40 minutes for my burger which eventually arrived, when I asked the lady who brought my meal why they took so long she said it was full, but that was amazing because the vacant tables were more than the...

I had to wait over 45 minutes for my food, people that came after me were served and given their food before me. I had to complain and make a noise before I received my food. My burgers had 1 gerken each, mind you I bought 4, a line of mustard, and huge dices of onions. I'm not sure if a 5 minute walk to my place would cause the sauce to be absorbed by the sauce or they were very shy about it. I guess this is what you get for complaining about...
