Ordered via Uber eats and my order came poorly packed with things upside down and oil everywhere chips in a clear plastic packet all over inside the packet not neatly packed at all, the 3 burgers I ordered in spicy Zambezia flavor came incorrect and not the right flavor, that too all 3 were incorrect flavor amd no cheese. the app showed the burgers include cheese however even under special instructions I noted that if they don't they should add it in all 3 of my burgers.Uber eats responded with my request by saying they don't have a price on my order so they can't refund me but that's outrageously ridiculous since I requested amd attached my purchase over R300. Service very bad the are very slow I waited a whole hour for just one burger when I asked why was it taking so long the guy at the passing called Wah that's what his colleagues were calling him.

He was very rude giving me attitude and one word answers I went back to the counter 3 times and both times he was very rude.

When I asked if my food was ready for the second time his answer was "did you hear me call your number".

I didn't even enjoy my food after that.

Sent my boyfriend to get two 20 wings bucket. One bucket was fine, while the other bucket had completely burnt wings.
