Vovo Telo moved out and D'Stoep moved in. Richmond Hill still has a fantastic artisan bakery, great coffee and wonderful meals. The chicken livers were superb and we will explore the whole menu, breakfast and lunch in due course. We took a chocolate croissant and an almond croissant home. Very nice and comfortable place. The staff is very friendly and happy to help, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with music playing in the background. The food was also very good, and they have specials, which you just need to inquire about, but generally the waiter let's you know in advance. Had the calamari. It was well presented, but rather salty. Another friends dish was salty too.
The restaurant was kind enough to credit one of the items which I think is fair.
We will return for sure!
