Hi there. This was the most embarrassing moment I had experienced in my whole life buying food from Kentucky. I thought that i am going to treat my daughter and myself buying us meal. After receiving the order, a woman well dressed sitting in glass cubicle approached my daughter. Giving her a letter stating het financial well-being. None other begging from customers inside your franchise. I felt offended see that this lady is starring at us while we was gonna sit down to enjoy our meal. I confronted her. Saying to her how can she sit here and beg. She told me that she was giving permission. Which I doubt. She then started to insult me. I was so upset telling my daughter tol leave. I tried to get hold of the manager. A man game from behind, assuming that he was the manager. He went straight up and talk to her. Stil stubborn to leave, a security guard came to assist him. I left and when i got in my car she was still sitting inside the shop. This is not acceptable. I don't feel like leaving this alone. Customer has the right to feel comfortable in any environment when purchase food. You set your standards high, therefore customers should feel protected in those shops. I filled out the survey and the customer care line wasn't working when they called me so I hung up because I kept saying hello and no one answered. I then received an email that they tried to contact me I should provide an alternative number. I responded to the email and still haven't received a call back, it's been 2 months.
DO NOT ORDER THE BOX MASTER HERE! The box master has gotten substantially smaller while the price has increased - shameful
The store can be packed with customers waiting for their orders, all standing looking at them and the staff take their time to get the orders out all while still having time for them to fool around while customers are standing and looking at them waiting on their order.

The staff are professional, friendly, and respectful, above all patient. The waiting time is short, unless you order some uncommon items on the menu, but you are less likely to wait for more than 5 minutes. A great place to grab some quick bite.
The new curbside collection is amazing. When you order online they have two bays that one can use. The staff are somehow slow. Lastly, during busy days the way cars queue can be frustrating.
