NPS At Twenty-Four Lifestyle — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I had lunch here on Dec. 8, 2023 with a friend, and was very disappointed. I ordered shrimp - but was served not real - but artificial shrimp! I spoke to the chef about this. He gave no response, except to offer me an alternate dish, which I refused. But I was billed for the full amount. Included within the bill was a 10% gratuity (or tip) - is this legal? When I inspected my credit card copy, if listed the full amount I had paid after the word 'purchase'. Beneath it was listed 'Tip --- R0.00'. Does this mean that the owner kept the full tip for himself, with nothing for the waiter who served me? The authorities must investigate this restaurant - especially the policies and practices of its owner. Rev. Joseph A....

What an utter disappointment food ,service ,atmosphere . No maitre d' only two people on the floor for the bar and waitressing , you enter and go sit by yourself they just pass you like you're furniture . I got lucky to be assisted by some gentleman that came from the kitchen to get my order the initial waitress that I called to serve me was no where to be found took them WHOLE 20 minutes to make one milkshake which came after I had even received my order(thanks to that taima) .It was a mess...

Disappointed at the quality of the service we received today. We sat for 30 plus minutes guys, waiting for a menu. Why are they not placed in an area where we can fetch them? We were forced to leave as no one was prepared to help us. If understaffed, why as owners is no one there to see to customers.
