McDonald's Cape Road Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I recently had the pleasure of dining at McDonald's on Cape Road, and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. This location has truly raised the bar when it comes to fast food dining.

First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, and my order was taken quickly and accurately. The service was prompt, and my food was brought to me with a smile.

Speaking of the food, it was absolutely delicious. My Big Mac was perfectly cooked, and the fries were hot and crispy. The menu variety at this McDonald's is impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.

Just had a horrible experience with a Manager named “Palesa” at Cape Road Macdonalds. I ordered a watermelon mcfizz with my meal and upon receiving it , the drink was just above halfway , we asked that it would be filled up but the staff claimed it is how it should be when there is no ice. Palesa then came to the window , speaking rudely to us , and took my drink. During this encounter , she spoke in another language and walked away when we said it should be filled up. She was very disrespectful and laughed with her employees, her way of speaking is as if she wants to start a fight and her demeanor is rather disturbing for someone who should be representing a franchise . I have never been so disrespected and spoken to in such a way at a restaurant before. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed as i payed for my service and should be treated with respect. I went to McDonalds Cape Rd on Monday morning for breakfast. What a disappointment. We ordered our meal and coffee and when we sat down to eat ..... the coffee was cold that we had just received. And it was extremely strong coffee!! Nearly not for human consumption. We complained about the cold coffee and the coffee was replaced. Needless to say I couldn't finish it after just a few sips....way too strong. The egg on the McMuffin was not nice at all and the cherry on top was that there was a hair in my McMuffin which put me off eating further. So it was a total waste of breakfast and money. The guy behind the counter made an excuse saying that he was the only one there, but there were about 4 or 5 people behind the counter🤔🤔🤔 No doubt I will not be going back to that...
