Well Cell C confirmed to a freind of mine twice that her international roaming was working, before she emigrated to uk. Today in desperation, cannot draw money, because bank sends OTC code to cell c number. Cell c does not work. The local Rep called head office and confirmed they lied to her. That her "old simmc card could not work and she needs a new version of dimm card. All confirmed to her on whatsapp live call.

Thry can't accept a live whattsapp call and says she must come in personally to confirm her identity. So now stranded in Scotland, needing some cash, cell ce advises her to come back, get a a new simm card and then go back to Scotland so she can draw some money.

They may cell c look like super providers. The useless Rep there could not tell me if my number was MTN, could not use her computer. Unable to call head office on her phone. I called her head office, thry were able to help Another time I did go to telkom next, as they are all next to each other. I've always been slightly anti telkom, but wow. What a professional outfit. My first time ordering online with Roman’s and I was highly disappointed. I ordered at 14:15 and once I got the order confirmation it said I can collect in 30 minutes. At 14:45 I go through drive thru and pay and get told that my order isn’t ready yet. At 3pm I go through the drive thru again and the lady said my order is still not ready and she seemed frustrated herself with the other staff. Finally at 15:08 I get my order.

If they were that busy I would have appreciated being given a more appropriate time to collect my order.Instead I had to wait longer than expected.

I get home and look how pathetic my pizza looks. I have never received such small pieces of bacon or avo from all the times I’ve ordered at Roman’s!

Update. The owner phoned and apologised and offered to replace my order at no cost....
