I bought a cheese ribster meal yesterday, they forgot the cheese which it is something I understood as this is a rational human error.
Today without hesitation I went again to buy another cheese ribster meal as steers is a brand I trust.
Unfortunately, I encountered the cashier that assisted me yesterday. She had a bad attitude yesterday however I just assumed she was having a bad day. Today I informed her that they forgot to give me my cheese, her response was very careless, rude and unprofessional. "Kwathini ungabuyi uzoyithatha." meaning 'why didn't you just come back and fetch it.' Clearly she didn't see this as inconvenience or even stealing monetary value. Furthermore, I told her that I stay in Amalinda (6,7 km away) she just ignored me. I requested to speak to the store manager she ignored me again. I assumed she was focused with what she was doing to my surprise she just whispered something to her friend/colleague.
I requested to speak to the manager from another cashier only to find out the manager is busy in the next till.
She could have just pointed towards the manager's direction instead she choose to ignore me.
She ruined my new years eve, I regret even going to purchase...
