Ordered the beef liver and garlic buttered roostekoek on Uber Eats. Kudos on the packaging. The liver however, was undercooked and close to raw and now I have an upset stomach. I know there are people who prefer it that way but it would be nice to hear from the client how they want it done. The roostekoek would've been better without the garlic butter for me (instant regret). I think it would also be better to also offer a butter free option. Customers love options give us the freedom to customise how we want to consume our meals. Lastly, besides all of that the taste sort of left me puzzled as to what it was trying to achieve. Quality ingredients used but it still wasn't tasty. The herbs used did nothing to my taste buds nor did the sauce. Maybe switch it up a bit because you have some serious competition in that segment from other establishments and you could greatly improve...

The staff did not give me good service. They didn't open the wine like I'm used to be served by waitresses and it felt like a do it yourself vibe instead of being treated like a paying guest.
I was not welcomed by the staff and owners with the warmth they welcome other people. I in turn was the one who greeted the owner as I left and made my own fun.
Eastern Cape folks seem to treat people differently due to their gender and they don't forget how to be African and welcoming even to members of the LGBTQ community.

Unfortunately we were turned away and were told that children are not allowed. This is a bit strange as you have listed as a restaurant. I think this is a missed opportunity considering that you have hearty meals that are family friendly. Hope you can review this or maybe have a cut off time for kids.
