decided to order lunch from Steers and opted for the Panda Cheesy Bacon Burger Meal. I called in to place the order for three meals. Initially, the staff member who took my order was friendly and seemed professional. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. When I went to collect my order, I found that most of it was missing. I called again to address the issue and requested an additional order of chips and a strawberry milkshake. The staff at the store seemed confused and unsure about my order. Despite this, I received my order, but when I got back to work, 1 discovered that I had been given kids' burgers instead of the Panda Cheesy Bacon Burgers. called Steers once more to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered the call was extremely unprofessional, shouting and interrupting while I tried to explain the problem. She informed me that she would review my order online and get back to me. After waiting for an hour, I received no lunch, and was asked to return the incorrect burgers to get the right ones. The replacement burgers arrived cold as if they had been kept in a fridge for hours. The delivery person also treated me rudely, making it seem like the mistake was my fault. I placed an order with Uber Eats, saw my allocated driver stop at the store and 40min later he only left the establishment. When he arrived he explained that the store seems to serve customers in store rather than doing orders as a first come first serve basis and that is why he had to wait so long for the order. This is completely unacceptable to have a client wait for so long simply because they are not physically in store. Perhaps next time I'll order Burger King instead because I'm sure they will not deliver this poor level of service. Also my chips were not much to be desired, they were rather oily and not fresh as one would expect. Ordered my meal 4:28pm for 9pm this evening for delivery! It is now 9:30pm and I am waiting for my food to arrive! I've been waiting outside since 9pm since I am at work. I don't understand because I placed this order more than 4hrs in advance! They called me at 8:42pm to confirm my order. Which even on the call I asked that at 9pm I get my order!
