Steers — Restaurant in Free State

We ordered online so it would be ready when we picked it up. We ordered it 30 minutes ago and arrived at the pick up time. When we got there there was no one at the counter to help us and eventually when someone did come, she had no idea what was going on. We then had to order again which completely defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. We have now been standing here for the past 15 minutes and none of our food is finished. Mind you we only ordered a rave meal and a 2 milkshakes. The woman at the till was chatting with another customer. The store wasn't even seriously busy. Maybe the manager should ONLY help customers when he knows what he's doing and not pack the wrong order for customers. I ordered beef burgers and got chicken which I don't eat. Went to this Steers for a wacky Wednesday. Got there, there was no queue but I had to wait 2-3min for the cashier and kitchen personnel to talk about an order they supposedly got wrong. Got my burgers and wow guys lol ingredients are fresh but... one pickle slice in the one burger and two in the other, no mustard and rumours of onions....
