Mugg & Bean — Restaurant in Free State

Very horrible service !!! ...My fiancée and I are from the states we go around cities trying different menus and services , but I’m so sad until now when I think of the service we received by this place been seating there for half an hour no waiter or waitress even gave us a menu , they been all rushing to the new coming white customers , you can see on their faces that they judge people regarding to the way they look and the tips they can get out of them . We actually left the place after 45min of waiting without any menu or a waiter checking up on us , one particular white chubby waiter even kept on looking at us but never came to check if we are ok or not , they even watched us leaving no one really cared about that , we actually at Euro Caffé just upstairs right now but my fiancée she’s still dramatized by the way we were treated , I won’t advise anyone to go there because of their poor , horrible , unprofessional,...

Hi . I was there last night at 7:20 , they said that they are closing at 8 , so my boyfriend and I wanted to just eat a slice of cake and have something to drink , the waiter came to us rudely and said sorry the fridge bar is closed and they almost going to lock the doors , and I told her there's still plus minus 40 min left before your trading hour is done which was at 8 , and she just kept on saying sorry but we can't help you now , we just waiting for someone to finish their food then we locking the doors . What a bad experience at Mugg & Bean at Mimosa Mall. When we sat down the waitress Lucy took our order and when she brought the order she didn't bring all. When we asked her about the rest she got rude and told us we didn't order. When I told her we did order then she said that she didn't hear. When we paid the other waitress just came and didn't even ask if we were done eating she just took the plates eventhough I was still busy. I've never seen such bad customer service, I even just gave them the coffee I was busy with.
