Burger King Provideamus Centre (Halaal) — Restaurant in Westdene

Well as the only fast food place left that you can get a burger meal for under R50 they deserve a 5 star rating. But honestly I'm impressed by BK for having such a good selection of burgers with double patties, lettuce, pickles and sauce for R60 and less.

This outlet has some of the friendliest staff at night! Made us feel very welcome!

We were big fans of the famous red and purple fast food places, but since you cant get anything that is not extra small for under R50 a meal we had to abandon them.

I recently visited Burger King and was pleased with the quality of the food - it's great! However, I was disappointed with the pickup experience. It seems that Mr. Delivery drivers use Burger King as a collection point, which makes the restaurant super busy.

As a result, orders take a long time to be prepared and collected. I think it would be helpful if Burger King could find a way to streamline their pickup process or designate a separate area for delivery drivers to collect orders.

Despite the wait, the food was worth it, but I hope Burger King can improve their pickup experience to make it more efficient...

Usually I have a very pleasant experience at this Burger King. Today however (20/08/2022) I stood in the front of a line for 15 minutes only wanting the soft serve ice cream I ordered at the start of my meal. The staff paid no attention to me and not once did any of them ask or wonder why I have been standing with a slip in my hand in the front of a line for 15 minutes. When I wanted to ask for a refill for my drink they replied with a rude look to which I took my cup and walked away.

Edit 2023 - On numerous occasions now the staff has failed to provide me with my full order forgetting chips in the past and...
