Steers — Restaurant in Free State

I got at Steers the cashier named Melanie did not even greet just ask how can I help you, we placed our order, it didn’t even take long I’m like oh Ohk quick service I’m happy at least until I open my bag just to get a 1/4 leg raw not even flame grill marks on it, I took it back and asked but why is my chicken still not underdone the grilled replayed saying the cashier(Melanie said she she muz make quick with the food NO APOLOGY NOTHING …the funny thing is thy never brought it into the managers attention(When I requested a manager thy brought the griller to me) when the manager came out I told her about the situation she went back, came to me with the food just said sorry…I had to eat cold chips with my chicken…they will not see me Eva again wish I could’ve taken a PICTURE OF THAT...

I used my R50 voucher I received from ABSA to pay for my meal using the Steers App and collecting at this branch. The app kept on refreshing on to confirm the order placement. I went to staff for help and even showed them my order and the total of R2.70. (Update) Management/customer service reached out to me and did everything to ensure that their customers are happy. I am very impressed with the way they handled this situation and will continue to support Steers Bloemfontein in the future...

My mom and I went to go buy caramel ice-cream at the Mimosa Mall Steers. The quality of the ice-cream was absolutely lovely. Great job to the people who made the caramel, as well as the ice-cream itself. The only concern I have, is how the staff treats one another.
