Pizza Hut Appletons Village — Restaurant in Gauteng

To great joy, we followed the opening of Pizza Hut, and very excited!! Their pizza's are GREAT!!! Best in the industry!! We missed Pizza Hut, glad they opened!!! and especially glad for the online ordering system, as after a day's work, talking to clients, and repeating myself 10 times, and end up spelling every order, we were happy for a online...BUT...tried now for 2nd time to order online??? What a disaster! 1st time, we phoned after 2 hrs, and they said, sorry, faulty e-mail system...then had to repeat order online. Now again, month later, same thing!!! Hour later, I thought, let me check...Nope, received no mail, same lame excuse, no...e-mail has issues... Geez guys, you have a stunning product, but yr getting such a bad name for not sorting this out!!! I'll try this for a 3rd time, but if still not working, u can write me off as a loyal supporter of a otherwise stunning product! Hope this hits home and get sorted...in this day and age, surely you can sort a e-mail out, especially if your orders...

2024 I stay less than 8kms from this branch and delivery took 2h35m. Don’t accept online if you know your branch and/or your online service is very poor and inefficient . Never ordering from this branch again. Absolute waste of time. No updates. Called twice, First dude says 15minutes I’ll receive it. I call again 40 minutes later and lady answers to say another 20 minutes. Nobody knows what’s going on. It’s run like a spaza shop.

I Ordered again last night. 5th March 2025. Placed order at 18:55 & received my order at 20:23. I was told that it would be delivered to me in 40-45 minutes. There is a REAL problem here. The communication between the main service desk that receives orders and places it to the stores is absolutely POOR. No update on the order. When I called to ask where my order is… I was told to blame it on the main...

Ordered on a busy Friday (the 4th) through Mr D. I ordered at 18:14 thinking I'm going to wait at least 50 minutes, imagine my surprise when it was delivered by 18:43! 29 minutes from placing order to delivery. Anyone with a hungry 8 year old knows how difficult it can be when food takes long. Ordered a large bacon, avo, and feta pizza with the cheesie bites crust. Dough was perfect and the avo was amazing and fresh. I've ordered from them a few times in the past few months and food is always good. Keep it up, I will definitely order from you again.
