I had a terrible time, from when we arrived we had booked a table that required bottle service and we had to wait an hour before I went to go find a waitress to serve us. They do not have all the drinks that are on the menu and even after ordering you wait another hour for them to bring your drinks. We were told humbly is finished so they are incapable of keeping up with their demand. Gratuity is earned not expected and after a terrible service I had to fight with the waitress and bouncers to let my friends back inside the club. When I approached the so called manager "african male about 5ft6 with a dad bod" about the service the man was not willing to hear what I had to say and proceeded to be rude along with his unqualified staff members. Bad bad experience. My friends and I went for the Sunday Bottomless mimosa special which started at 14:00 to 17:00. They told us at 16:30 that they were out of ingredients for the mimosas, first red flag. False advertising!!! We ordered the mimosa special and platter for 4. Food tasted bad, it was cold. We had to wait a long time for the mimosas. Bad customer service from the waitress called Nthabiseng. We RSVPd for the event and they moved us because they wanted big ballers!! Rude waiters...

Spent 2 hours waiting to get in, the place was apparently full. The manager (5’6 light skin African male) however was letting in his buddies every 2-3 minutes. I asked him why some people were being let in and he proceeded to chuckle. The whole place is just catastrophic, from the bouncers throwing out girls as if their flinging mealies to deep rooted corruption required to get in.
