Cosmos Cafe — Restaurant in Gauteng

I visit this place twice or more per month with my grandchildren. They just love it each time. They do not get tired visiting the same place over and over again, and it is very safe. I had different experiences though each time about the food. After ordering several different dishes from the menu, and had bad experiences, I ordered the baskets. The last three times I have ordered a basket, and complained each time, because it was so tasteless, and I believe it is prier cooked snacks that are kept in a freezer, which is not a problem for me except that it is ice cold and not heated up propperly. Each time I have tried to be very nice about it. I do not like to complain but I have complained to different waiters about it but after so long, nothing has been done about it. I also love honey and mustard sauce but for the first time in my life I could not eat it. It really has a terrible taste and the cheese sauce has no taste at all. I still keep on going for the children's sake, but am not sure if I still want to torture myself like...

Omw, thank you guys and plant ranch so much for organising a wheel chair at the entrance to plant ranch. You have helped us so much with mom. We really appreciate it. This morning I was coming in to buy a take away cheese cake for mom and then I saw the wheel chair at the entrance, I turned around got in my car and burst out in tears. #LatePost. Second time visiting this hidden away gem of a café. Hands down thee best Carrot Cake I have ever tasted! Would highly recommend it as the Carrot cake was too die for - flavourful & perfectly balanced served with fresh whipped cream to break the very decadent icing. Perfection!
