This is the worst KFC EVER. I've been giving these guys a chance, I bought atleast once every week for the past month including today. At 1st I bought on the weekend since they open 24 hours with only 3 items on the menu ( not all of us want a drumstick) anyway the lady gave bad attitude when I asked her what's on the menu, service was pathetic, I waited so long even though I was the only customer. I could see that the lady behind the kiosk was drunk, I even told her that I could see she's drunk. Today the same lady was there and last weekend Saturday just after midnight (seemingly drunk as usual), I bought just a simple street wise box, I waited for my order so long, other customers came in and left while I was there it was really frustrating, to make things worse they gave me a wrong order and I had to return it to be fixed, nobody bothered to apologies. It seems like they prioritise orders and serve their friends quicker, I heard the male cashier saying to others that "these are my people hurry up" . The cashier is high on something, can't comprehend a simple order. The cashier asked me to go back and use the self service paypoint even though I told him that I tried to order and stopped because the self service paypoint doesn't allow one to edit or request regarding the order. He says to me that next time I should use the self service and come to the queue to tell them what I would like edited It's really pathetic, your team there is mediocre. Red flag, no go area, danger zone. NEED TO BE STOPPED! I lost my appetite and took the food and gave it to the car gaurds outside their store.

Upon arriving, I had to wait for over 10 minutes before being attended to—not because the store was full or busy, but because the staff were singing loudly at the back, seemingly engaged in what sounded like a church service. This level of unprofessionalism was both surprising and frustrating.
I requested to speak with the manager on duty—I believe her name is Maletsatsi—to express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, her response lacked empathy and accountability. Rather than taking ownership of the situation or offering a sincere apology, she dismissively advised me to contact customer care if I wanted to lay a complaint.

   Read more6 March 2025 17:47 order no:1449. Our order was missing some items, so we went to the counter to share this concern, a very nice and presentable guy helped us with the order. As we were waiting, a lady working at KFC Braamfontein wearing a grey t-shirt behind the counter, I'm not sure if she is the manager or please fogive me ignorance. She made a very loud and rude comment about why are we still in the restaurant instead of leaving, and the kind guy explained that we were still waiting for our order. I found her to be very rude and it was very much uncomfortable and unnecessary. The way that she asked was like we were being nonsensical for reporting that our order was missing something, we were really polite and discreet about the whole order mess up situation but she came out of nowhere and started saying all that nonsense.
