Your chicken wings might be voted the best but your hygiene and customer services has a loooooong way to go.

Got to your restaurant after 12:00. The place looked like it needed a good clean but thought since it is being made all the rave all over social media we would try it. We asked the first waitress who took us to our table if you served beakfast to which she said yes all day. Waited 30min for our food, while we are waiting we have hoards of flies pestering us (should have listen to the first inkling we had about the the place but oh well here we are). 2nd waitress arrives with food telling us breakfast is only served till 10:00 but she is doing us a favour to give us our order without the chips by the way. We asked for sunny side up eggs they were so far from soft we might as well have asked for hardboiled. We were served wings that were hot, we werent asked what flavour we wanted its was given without our preference being known or asked. We then asked where our chips were to which the 2nd waitress pointed out that the breakfast slap bang in the middle of the breakfast section is the only one not served with chips.To further illustrate why I could not receive my chips she pointed to a different part of the menue and showed that the list of items which had a comma separating them them, not an OR was actual an "either or" option not an "aswell". I insisted on my chips because I wanted what was advertised not what is discussed by staff "without the clients knowledge option". This clearly pee'd her off to which we had our waiter give her all duties to another waiter that passed by (nerver notifying us that she no longer will be at our table) and we had the manger tell us that the waitress is new and knows nothing about the apparent menue changes, he then showed me some other menue item on his phone that justifies why I cant get the chips. the 3rd waiter then had a 4th waiter take over from him as he had to serve his tables.

While waiting for all this to be resolved we observed other patrons inspecting their drinks glasses because they had floating particles in their drinks that they could not get out. Not one table was wiped down after other patrons left, the unswept floor had food pieces that people were...

We arrived at the restaurant and we got welcomed by a tall friendly waiter who gave us our menus and also offered to assist us with charging a phone. After some time a young lady with mold/beauty spot on her upper lip (I think) comes to take our order.

From the jump it was hard to ignore her mood, she was Abit off and didn't have a smile on her face, when we inquired about charging a phone she responded a bit unprofessionally with a sour mood, we smiled and ignored the atmosphere. As we gave her our orders she got one of them wrong and she brought just plain chips with chip sauce when what was ordered was chips with blue cheese sauce, but we brushed it off and ate anyway. When a second round of drinks was ordered one of our friends asked her if she was okay and if she's sure she's okay, she just kept being moody and aggressive with her responses towards us . I honestly sighest that if someone is not feeling well or if they are not in the right mood to host clients, better they work behind the scenes or take some time off for the day, her behaviour was making us uncomfortable and also made us leave with questions as to why we didn't just got elsewhere like KFC however we did not know we'd bump into such an incounter.

I can't say it was a pleasant experience for my first visit.

The first waiter who served us did not provide us with excellent service; for instance, he was impatient with me and my friends and kept putting pressure on us to order quickly while we were still perusing the menu. I had no options for meals to eat/try because I don't eat pork. I tried to order pasta at first, but he said they didn't have any, and then I ordered a burger, which he also said they didn't have any, while people at other tables ate burgers. I didn't understand why he kept saying that even though I was showing him that people were eating burgers and he still said that they didn't have, but honestly, his services were terrible.

I would have liked to try the beef platter or the pasta, but they were both ran out.
