Terrible experience i had yesterday 14/12/2024 firstly no one attended to us the waiters just kept passing us and no asked if you have been assisted or move us not even to offer us a menu to the point of having to order ice cream from the wimpy lady who sells wimpy ice cream by the restaurant we bought our ice cream and sat and we ate it they only notice us then and tell us no sitting for takeaways yet they couldn't bother to know what we wanted or offer us a mere menu highly disgusted by the service of wimpy and management should do...

18 June 2024, 2:30pm Sifiso served me the side plate with a dirty serviette and cutlery, I returned it. I asked for no marshmallows on the chocolate milkshake, my partner asked that Sifiso brings the marshmallows on the side. I found marshmallows on the milkshake. The takeaway cup I requested had what seemed like chocolate stains outside. The cleaning lady also mopped the floor next to where we were seated and outside by the ice-cream machine and did not put the "Wet Floor"...

Food was TERRIBLE. Ordered grilled wings basted in barbecue sauce, when we received our order, the wings seemed as if they were boiled / re-heated in the microwave.
