Cappuccinos Irene Village Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

My wife and I went there tonight for our wedding anniversary and what a disaster it was!!!! First of i orderd a frapachino and the cream that came with it was sour so i sent it back. Then to make matters worse we orderd our mains i orderd the T bone and winglet combo which is not cheap mind you and i asked for a medium rare T Bone we got our food and as i got to my T bone the thing was so raw cutting into it if i had left it there it would start wating the romary garnish on the plate so i sent it back just for them not to make me a new steak but to take the same one and stick back on the grill just so i can get it back where the end are wau over cooked and closer to the bone it was still cold raw!! This is ridiculous and with all this happening there wasn't even a manager in site to do something about this i mean come on guys if can cook a steak right then dont serve it on your menu's needles to say the wont be seeing me again paing that amount of money for a raw and tough steak is...

A restaurant that we used to love so much just make our "don't go there" list. We went for a breakfast and started off ordering two Cremachinos. On the first sip we discovered the cream to be sour, leaving us both with a vomit like aftertaste. Luckily we had some mints in my wife's purse. So they offered to replace them and we decided to order our breakfast as well in the same breath. They brought us the new Cremachinos and once again both of us were left with a mouthfull of sour cream. This time my mouth didn't just taste like vomit, but we were both nauseated to the point where we had both lost our appetites. We went ahead and canceled our food order. The management did apologize and we left feeling sick. I think a simple "sorry" wasn't enough in this case. You completely rained our breakfast outing and we only felt okay to eat in the evening.
