You need to be a big spender for you to get proper service there.. We were removed from the table by a bouncer who proudly told us he is being nice and others won't be because the Tables were for people buying "bottles". We were treated as if our drinks were Free. We had to walk around to look for a table since the guy who removed us from our table told us it was not his job to find us a table. The tables were not reserved, they ask you if you will be buying "bottles" if not you are on your own. After 1 round we requested a plastic to carry our bevs and we left since we were gatvol. I do understand that they have to make money and people who are "big buyers" must be treated somewhat special but other customers must also be taken care of, you are not making them a favor. Big or small a customer is a customer...
The place is vibey, nice to catch up with friends and let your hair down however it is always crowded. Service is very slow and good luck finding a seat if you go there after 8. If you are not planning on buying "bottles" rather go to a place your cents will be...

Got there around 20h00 and it was already packed, we couldn't get a table so we were okay with standing for the 1st few hours. It started getting a bit stuffy so we went to sit outside.
At around 12am we decided to go back inside and move closer to the stage since Kwesta was about to perform and that was a nightmare, it was almost impossible to move from the bar towards the stage. We had to literally squeeze past people and at that point we decided to leave before Kwesta's performance cz I felt suffocated and it just wasn't worth it.
The female bouncer at the door was nice, bar service was the worst but some of the waitresses were nice. Might give it another try for lunch or something but definitely never...

It's a nice meeting place but it ended there for me. Their menu is confusing when you are looking to create your own combos to enjoy with friends, which begs the question; why would you put in your menu options with a minimum of two options when two options is all you are prepared to serve regardless of the fact that every option has a price next to it!
Worse, when the bill came and the server omit to mention that a 10% service charge has been already added on the bill. For her to not mention this and when we discover after we have added 10% for the second time, and when confronted she says she thought we just wanted to say thank you, like hay booh๐.
Also, I think at some point restaurants need to consider employing South Africans, we are not saying Zimbabweans should not be employed when they qualify but let's see restauranteurs...
