To the owner: Thandi and the "manager" is stealing from you - wake up !

We had the unfortunate experience to order online - placed our order at 18:00 with a 45 min ETA. Food arrived at 19:10. The first issue is that the bill online (which we paid) and the till slip had an R60 odd difference. Secondly, the medium cheesy focaccia has now been downgraded to a small normal focaccia.

The next 30 minutes were spent fighting to get it resolved , and we decided to cancel our order and ask for a refund. Thandi now changed her tune and could not help us as she insisted she now had to call the owner for "authorization," but she will call us back. Of course, that never happened, and after 15 minutes of waiting, I had to get in my car to take back the food.

At the restaurant suddenly "the manager" was avaialbe in living flesh - Wow, it's a miracle. He told me to take my business elsewhere... and I replied, "I am getting in my car and driving across the road and DEFINITELY taking my business elsewhere." The worst part is that there was not a single soul in the restaurant barring the staff ... This is what a business looks like that is going under - so you think you are getting fresh food ? Think again. We will never support this restaurant again.

DEAR OWNER These people are scimming money off the online sales and ringing lower amounts up at the till - the difference is being pocketed by the till-mafia. An easy way to pick this up is to compare the online orders vs. what's being rung up ... you will be amazed at the discrepancies. Hopefully, you care enough to read the comments your X-Customers place on Google maps ... and that you pick up that you are being stolen from, and your customer base is being annihilated by self-serving dishonest staff. ...

We...my hubby and I order takeaways from them on a weekly basis almost always when we order the burger combo they either forget our Coke or chips and driver has to come back....its always something I have spoken to Carlos the owner and commended him on how well he was doing since he took over until now that they have become popular their service leaves room for much work! They have staff answering the phone taking orders and half the time they don't know where what is on the system we have to hold while they scream out for help....now I am getting upset and thinking of deleting this place from my phone.....last 4 times we ask for pepper sauce which we pay R22 for and the container brings about 3mm worth of sauce.

We have been understanding...we have spoken out to management and to the owner and still nothing had changed! The Primavera Schnitzel is awesome and it would be so much nicer if we got more than 3mm of...

Please take the rating as 3½...The atmosphere is giving 👌🏽. Everything that has to do with the welcoming, to getting a comfortable place to dine at and closing off with friendly service. We had an awesome stay and it did give cosy space for a catch-up whether it's outside views or just being indoors on the leather sofa. I have to put it out that they do give out lemons almost with everything😄- this is from what we ordered. We had ordered pasta and a chicken for my date and it was not that bad. For the takeaway though, after dining, we had to request for ourselves for the paper bag and a couple of times for the toothpick. I would however recommend it to a couple going out on a date or just a family catch-up day, it can even be that one does a solo date themselves because there is peace and one gets to enjoy what they ordered without any...
