Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I rarely order pizza from Debonairs due to common complaints about their pizzas being dry and disappointing. However, my recent experience at the Sandton City branch was surprisingly good (thanks to added extras), so I decided to give the Benmore branch a chance when my daughter wanted pizza.

I added double extra cheese to my order, yet there was barely any cheese on the pizza—if any at all! To make matters worse, the pizza was bone-dry, with barely any chicken topping. It was utterly unappetizing and felt like an insult to anyone who enjoys good pizza.

When I called to complain, I was told the cheese had been added. I asked to send them a picture of the pizza as proof, and they offered to refund the cost of one extra cheese. That response was infuriating! This isn’t about the money; it’s about delivering what the customer paid for and maintaining some standard of quality.

Ive placed my order via the Debonairs app, my order was placed a bit late round about 21h16 , @ 21h55 i checked the app couldn't track my delivery so i thought id phone in and just check up on my order , the lady that answered the phone was very rude , i just asked that if everything is still okay with my delivery as i cant track it on the app , she litterly just shouted at me over the phone saying that the driver will bring my food and put the phone down in my ear .. very bad customer service hope the food will be tasting...
