After being so excited for pizza delivery from Sunnyside Debonairs, an hour later. We were very upset to find one of the pizzas were wrong. Then when we phoned to enquire about the wrongdoing it took us a whole half an hour to get the lady to understand that they messed up the order. When the ‘new’ order was finally confirmed which was supposed to ‘fix’ the mistake, we waited a whole hour for the new delivery to arrive. Finally at 21:90 the delivery man arrived, only to find that it was again, the WRONG pizza. The delivery man feeling so ashamed an embarrassed, phoned them on his own cellphone to find out why they still have the wrong pizza. The reply we got was “they are now closed, they cannot do anything about it. But we must return the original wrong pizza”. We are disgusted in this debonairs’ service, the only person we can suggest is the delivery man who was the only kind soul in the whole story. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Do yourself a favor and order somewhere...

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Debonairs. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive within a reasonable time frame, but it took more than an hour, I called and their direct line is not make sure🤦♂️, after numerous calls through the call centre, it took another hour and 30 mintes for them to deliver 3 medium pizzas, juice and desert, it's completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I tried calling the listed phone numbers, but none of them work. It's frustrating to have no way to contact the store for an update. Nobody calls to update me, and the app stopped tracking, the APP's help option is useless 😑 😒
This level of service is inexcusable, especially from a brand like Debonairs. I expected better. The lack of communication, delayed delivery, and non-functional phone numbers have ruined the experience. I won’t be ordering from here again. Debonairs needs to seriously improve...
Read moreI visited the store on 1st of March 2024 just wanted to grab a quick dinner since it's Friday, upon my arrival I looked through the menu for a pizza with olives since I had a craving for it. To my disappointment after the cashier try to help me but the manager said it is only available with the special for 2 x large pizza's, of which I told the cashier that I'm the only one that eat pizza my wife have allergies what am I to do with 2 x pizza's large for that matter. I lost my appetite the cashier was very nice though she really tried to help me even suggesting I choose any pizza she'll add olives for a extra R20. The manager needs seriously customer training you could just see her demeanor and her body language she was not willing to help and walk away... I'll never set foot in that Debonairs again, I'll rather go to my Silverton...
