Good Morning, Its with great dissapointment to share my horrific experience at your establishment in sunnypark,am a regular here I love the wednesday special but management needs to prioritise firstly I waited long to be attended to at the till where at the same manager came to the till did what she wanted left me there and the staff member attended to me soonest she was done calling out orders (no one else is helping)emesely on this the center wasnt busy or the other 2 restuarents next to it.with 1 person in each kitchen and management or supervisors packing stock (powerades)and the que getting long,if you are going to have a special allocate enough man power to help carry out the work.I placed my order at 19:40 ,isnt a manager supposed to manage by getting involved if the kitchen is falling behind,you have been having this special for far too long for one not to know the traffic of their special a customer can not wait for a lousy Wacky Wednesday for 40mins if it was a q gourmet Burger and it was fully packed one would understand,or was it taken for granted coz it was a "special" which shouldnt matter coz even that special is to generate revenuw.Iam not one to normally complain coz am in the same industry but something needs to be done here!!I received my order at 8:20and only because the lady saw me sitting there for a while looking at them,my slip wasnt called out I do think my order was forgotten ot given to another customer.its sad that always when I visit here this is the service I get...Do...
Read moreI recently placed an order through Steers (Sunnyside) and unfortunately, had a highly disappointing experience. My order took over two hours to arrive, even after several calls to the branch to inquire, as the tracking feature was unavailable. When it finally did arrive, the order was incorrect. Additionally, it was evident that the burger patty wasn’t the original Steers patty, but a substitute – something I could immediately tell as a regular customer.
The same day, I called to report the issue, but was met with sarcasm from the staff member who answered. She simply replied, "Oh really, the wrong order? Please call tomorrow as we’re closed." When I called the following day, there was no attempt to resolve the matter.
