Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered pizza at 19h15pm and it's 21h00pm as I am writing this and my pizza hasn't arrived. I called the store spoke to Natasha she said she will call the driver and came back to me of which she didn't. After 10 minutes I called the store again she tells me the driver said he'll call me and his surprised why he hasn't called called she will speak to the manager I hold the call until I ran out of airtime. Natasha called after 5minutes to say the driver is coming. Who eats after 21h00pm I have kids who haven't eaten and still wants their pizza. Worst service to recieve. Hi. Ordered 5Large pizzas on the 15th of December at 18:55. Phoned at 20:00 to ask where my pizza was.They put me on hold waited 8mins then I hung up.Phoned again then they said they are trying to get hold of the driver.Then Manager phoned me back saying the same.It was an ongoing me calling to get same reply.Eventually at 21:00 hours I phoned and said they must please refund me I will go buy somewhere else.Then they got there just to get ice cold pizza.I am so...

I've edited my 1 star review to 5 star. I'm really impressed with the service I've been receiving since my previous rating. Doesn't matter the pressure, this days you always get a smile n an apology were it's due. The place is as neat as the pizza. This is an example of a good Debonairs place! I appreciate...
