It's a pity that I only tried to eat the Meal when I got to my place, otherwise I would've confronted the issue on the spot.

The Management of the particular franchise contacted me and asked that I please make my way to the outlet as soon as convenient for me.

The Store Manager apologized for the unpleasant experience I had with their Hot-wings and offered to reimburse me. The matter was resolved timeously.

This one lady at the drive-through. Very rude. I told her I’m going to make a cash and card payment, she then told me that I’m going to have to go inside for that. I told her I can not go inside hence I’m at the drive through. I then gave her the money, she threw it on the counter and just left it there and went on to assist someone else inside, while I was waiting at the window.A guy, who said he is the manager then took the money and assisted me.
