I’ve been a customer at this kfc for a while now , and I’ve picked up a few things that I would love for them to improve , customer service at first , you wait for almost 30 min for an order to come out and the worst thing is finding out that it’s a wrong order and you are no longer at kfc , am not gonna mention other incidents but today I ordered 10 dunked wings to only find it’s zinger wings , not only have I paid more , I didn’t receive what I asked for and it was too late , some days you might find that they playing around at the front where orders are being called out , I guess this is one of the reason why customers are given wrong orders 2. Out of stocks , the ice cream machine is always not working , this is a song that they sing almost every week , it is by luck when you get ice cream especially krusher, 3 . Long period of waiting , wrapsta box , wings , burgers anything dunked etc , those orders take forever to come out , I know they not machines they prepare Those foods but damn the waiting period is ridiculous , if you know you are going to order those , brace yourself for waiting 4 . Toilet paper in the toilets , very rare to find available maybe it’s not their responsibility to keep on replenishing it …. overall in all kfc shops I’ve been to situated in a area like this one , this kfc is the best , please try to improve on all of the...
Read moreim highly dissapointed by the rudeness and lack of service by ur staff. i ordered a milkshake and they gave me ice cream instead and ordered a streetwise 2 chips but was suprised to find out the cashier had ordered me a streetwise 3 chips instead and didnt even give me all my change saying she didnt have enough. when i was waiting for the milkshake the gentleman who was supposed to help me disappeared to the back with my slip and came back saying he didnt know where he put the slip. instead of handling my case politely he started getting so rude and telling me he cant help me and yet he is the one who had taken the slip and even though he later on found it at the back never apologised and started telling me i was wayward. is this the kind of service and treatment u give ur customers. u should learn from k.f.c monument branch how to treat ur customers. a also work in this same industry and im highy disappointed. hope u fix this problem before it escalates. all this happened on thursday...
