Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered from the Debonairs app then when my delivery arrived it had missing items. I called the store asap and I told them about the missing items and they would send a driver shortly to deliver but it took about an hour for him to get to me and he had brought a wrong item. But I just took it because I didn't wanna be dramatic. But my overall experience wasn't a pleasant one because the driver called me before he arrived to tell me he's 5 minutes away so I must go to the gate , so I went out to wait but it took him about 15 minutes to get to me and it was in the evening. I'm used to orderings from you guys but I don't know what happened this time. The only win...

I waited 2.5 hours for my small sub which was hard and my warm buddy coke to arrive after calling after 40 minutes to be told it's on route and then called again 27 minutes later to be told it's still at the store??? Order placed at 11:40 First follow up call at 12:20 Second call made at 12:47 I then got called to ask if I still want it delivered around 13:40 and I said if it's hot yes... Arrived around 14:13 and driver was so apologetic and said there were only two drivers... Food was not up to standard, but how can I blame the driver alone???

I paid and even tipped! But I simply cannot leave this matter here and had to share this terrible experience...

Received the worst service from this Debonairs store today! The cashier was very rude! She did not greet me, she rolled her eyes when i asked her a question about a certain pizza, she was on her cellphone all the time and i watched her serving other customers the same way. The phone was ringing 3 times and she ignored it until she finally decided to pick it up. Im so sorry miss Thandi Dlamini that you have to work on a Sunday but please dont take this out on customers.
