My partner and I selected a self service option and selected takeaway option, instead they put our food in plates and the lady walked up to us to ask where we would be sitting , we told her we selected takeaway and she said now we didn’t , we should’ve selected it and as we were telling her we did select the option she rolled her eyes and head at us as she turned around. We took the slip and showed her it clearly stated “No” by the eat in option. all she had to say when we proved the mistake was not on our side was “oh they will pack it for you “ , not a single apology to her unwarranted behaviour and actions towards us. She handed us the food and said thank you, still didn’t apologise.

Read morePlaced an online order. Delivery took very long. When opening the order, one of the items we ordered was not there. Trying to phone, no answer. Tried again an hour later the lady that answered said she would check and phone back. Nobody phoned.

Read moreI am highly disappointed with the meal I received from Fishaways, Beyers Park, Boksburg yesterday. I ordered fish and takeaways for two, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expected standards at all.
The onion rings were excessively greasy, making them unappetizing, and the fish was burnt beyond recognition (chared), which rendered it inedible. I have images available if needed for reference.
