If I could give zero stars I would. Our first time we took our Team dinner to them it was a hot mess. We made a booking ahead of time and got there to find no table booked while we waited around for the waiter to combine tables which by the way were not clean since other patrons had just made use of, waited for her to come and wipe but she was no where to be seen.
We ordered our food a day before to make it easy for the restaurant and they still got the orders wrong while a few of us sat for a long time without food. The staff was arguing that they brought out everything and throwing blame at each other. It was such a depressing experience especially knowing that we've paid upfront. I don't even want to get started on the poor service from their waiters and bar staff, I spent 4 hours there and could only get 1 drink! We were told that our orders were in a queue and there was a backlog at the bar, we then requested a refund for the remainder of the money we paid upfront so we can go somewhere else but they were not willing to assist us with a refund!
Drinks literally started arriving after a while scene was caused and sadly by that time most of our Team had left so yea we ended up being charged for drinks that no one drank!

From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease. There was no awkwardness about dining alone—Chloe was welcoming, intuitive, and incredibly attentive without being overbearing. She took the time to chat just enough to make the experience feel personal, then gave me space to relax and enjoy.
She recommended the Rock Star burger (which was unreal—crispy bacon, that jalapeño bite, everything perfectly cooked) and suggested I swap out regular fries for sweet potato, which was spot on. Even the drink recommendation—her go-to gin—was exactly what I didn’t know I wanted.
What really impressed me was her timing and attention to detail. She checked in just once or twice, always at the right moment, and made sure I had everything I needed without ever making me feel like I was waiting.
Dining alone can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, but Chloe turned it into a calm, enjoyable moment in my day. She really is the kind of person who makes you want to come back—not just for the food, but for the way you’re treated.

We ordered the wagyu and bacon jam burgers for mains alongside the loaded chilli cheese fries. We were informed that the wagyu burger was unavailable so we switched to another Bacon Jam burger instead. The first issue we had was the waiting time. We waited about 40 minutes for our food and when it came, it was cold and underwhelming. The chilli cheese fries comes with oily fries, dry cold bacon and cheese that was not even close to melted.
The burgers were their own tragedy all together. The bacon jam consists of hard dry bacon and a syrup that tastes suspiciously like golden syrup. The egg was fine but added nothing to the burger. The burger itself was atrocious. It was cold, bland and boring. The beef does not taste like it is high quality at all, if you take a bite of the whole burger, you don't even taste the patty. For a burger place, you should at least have a halfway decent burger.
Service was non-existent. They clearly need more staff. The "vibe" was good and probably what makes them as popular as they are.
