What a disappointment. We ordered on Kauai on Sunday, 3 August 2025.

Food: We ordered 2 princess wraps which were not filled properly - thus it was underwhelming - it was not good value for money Service: its clear that the person was overwhelmed with having to prepare food and take orders. I don't understand why they would only have one person on duty during a busy time on Sundays (around lunch time).

You could get better wraps from Checkers itself...

I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowl from this store (04/01/2025 @ 16h19) and I was utterly disappointed when I got home. There was no miso dressing in ramekin container, no crispy onions, no quinoa (just brown rice), the chicken wasn’t fresh and was bland (definitely wasn’t prepared with teriyaki sauce). I bought a All greens smoothie around 12h25 on the 29th of May, and the racism I received was very heart breaking, I watched and experienced the staff members hand smoothies to the white ladies(customers) and made me fetch mine at the counter, I was really sad I felt that customers are not treated equally.
