Wimpy Festival Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Greetings,I was at this Wimpy today and the customer service experience from the servers was so unproffesional.The server that took my order had such bad body language towards me,have no idea why,she took my order and dissappeared ,another gentleman who dropped my food was kind enough to tell me to enjoy the meal,i wanted to order a drink but absolutely nobody came to my table not to even check if i was happy with my meal non whatsover.I have never experienced such bad customer service,a manager on duty was in front but clearly oblivious to whats happening in the restaurant as he was just focused on where he was standing.The Wimpy customer service standard is definately not met at this store because the servers has no proffessionalism at all.The most polite lady called Martha attended to me wheni had flagged her down for a receipt so that t I could pay,I left Wimpy extremely dissatisfied ,as much as the food was good not being able to order a drink in between my food was dissapointing.The servers definately need proper...

Absolutely terrible service. We sat down at 12pm and ordered 5 drinks and 5 burgers. It took 20 mins to get 5 cokes brought to the table and 40 minustes later we were still waiting for our food and had to then leave as we had an appointment at 1pm.

We asked for our food to be packed in a takeaway and within 2 minutes it was done - which means our food was ready but just left standing as our waiter was too busy chatting to people all over the restaurant. The store wasnt even busy so I cannot understand how we could not get our food. The waiter also just had 1 excuse after the next.

I needed to charge my phone because my house had no power from 16h30 the previous day. Good coffee. Started with am Americano. Tasted so good that I had another one after my breakfast also. Took a take-away mega cappuccino for my wife. So stayed there for 2 hours so that my phone could fully charge. Nice view of the outdoor part of the mall. Good for people watching.
