I ordered a lotus biscoff milkshake and I received vanilla ice cream straight from the machine with pieces of lotus biscoff on top ! It was not a milkshake neither was it a lotus biscoff milkshake. This is not the first time I’ve ordered this milkshake from milky lane so I knew exactly what to expect and all I got was vanilla ice cream. The waiter/cashier (one man serving) insisted that he made the milkshake right and he knows how to do his job when all I could taste was vanilla ice cream. He was belligerent ! If that is the case I would’ve ordered a vanilla milkshake and paid half the price ! Customer service was horrible. The waiter was not interested in his job nor his customer’s satisfaction ! The most rude worker they have working there . I went there to get a waffle , he refused to make a waffle saying it is not ready and they only serve waffles after a certain time , which is a lie , never ever have I heard such . Genuinely disgusted. Imagine paying for ice cream and getting thick goo that tastes like water instead. As for the waffles? Rock hard and equally as tasteless. Only one person to help with the service and making the stuff which is unnecessarily time consuming. Penny wise and pound foolish it seems too, as the oreos on my ice cream werent even bloody real.Don't waste your time or money, honestly. Even their official site doesn't work to lodge a complaint so don't feel like they're acknowledging you by posting an automated reply with the link to the site to address the issue.
