Steers Ormonde — Restaurant in Gauteng

I went to steers in Ormonde about 2 hours ago. I bought 2 large milkshakes. When I drank it I found that they were so light not as thick as they supposed to be. I I took them back and what surprised me was the comment of the lady that works at the back not in front, telling me that that's how these milkshakes are made and i am becoming unfair by complaining as the money for the ice cream will be deducted from them. I was surprised because its its not the first time that I bought the milkshakes from them and they were thick as advertised on the menu "ridiculous thick " . When I referred them to the menu they said what I see on the menu is different from what they were instructed to make. When I asked to speak to the manager then Dimakatso walked in and added ice cream and the quality was still compromised but it was much better than the first one. I will never ever buy their milkshakes again because I didn't get what I paid. Customer Service is and remains pathetic , for the third time in a row they messed up my orders , not giving buddy cooldrinks that i paid for . 3 times in a row ... ? Ordered online for delivery. We paid for delivery but had to still drive out to the delivery guy because he is not allowed into the complex without a driver’s license.
