Love Revo Maboneng — Restaurant in Gauteng

Terrible experience with my order :

1. they put things on the menu that they don’t have (ordered tripe and Senzo called to say they don’t have but he can substitute-said no thanks, I’d rather get a refund - he went ahead and replaced the tripe with cow head and then stopped answering his phone when I called back to tell him that my order was missing food items)
2. really small portions for a high price
3. paid for a platter , jollof rice , tripe and dumpling- only got 2 of those 4 items (no jollof rice , no tripe and no chicken in a platter said to have chicken in it)

I went there for lunch & the food far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t that great (but I guess it was okay since it was a hot Wednesday during lunch time, perhaps waiters were a little sluggish). I ordered the platter for two with a side of potato wedges and a Greek salad. It was quiet a bit of food, I must admit, but I enjoyed every single bite. Maboneng is one of the most alive areas you could ever find yourself in. There's loads of places you can choose from and I honestly don't think you would be disappointed in any of them as Love Revo proved that, thought it wasn't the best among its neighbors, it well makes up for with good vibes and very appreciated beer specials.
