So begins the epic tail of how I returned to this great McDonalds 3 times in one night. Now to be clear I have had many trips to the McDonald'ss in question... and not once was I ever not satisfied with the food or service I was provided with. The food was always freshly prepared considering we were always there after 12PM. But on this day 2019/02/09 (after 12PM as usual) the staff exceeded my expectation... After having a pleasant meal to end the night I somehow managed to lose my phone, now not once did the staff ever question me, but they were willing to make the floor manager available just for me to help search for my device in-side and around the building. The staff were even willing to use personal devices to dial and search for my phone. Eventually I resorted to Google to assist with locating the phone (Google "Find my device") And it told me to continue looking inside the McDonalds and with the assistance of the staff I was able to safely find my phone. Once more I would like to thank the kind staff of this McDonald for there assistance and patience. And I hope that there service will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent through the drive through. The lady was very impatient taking my order. Before I finished my order she decided that it was done and gave me my amount. I then proceeded to ask her twice not to put mustard on the burgers. When I went to the paying window she was very short and to the point. I paid and got my receipt where I noticed she did not put on NO MUSTARD. When I enquired about it I got shouted at and told that I did not ask for no mustard. The more I tried to explain it to her the more she shouted, she then proceeded to turn her back on me and spoke in her language to the other people in the shop. I may not understand her but she was definitely going off about me. I also wanted a milkshake and was informed that there is NO MILKSHAKE available even though the lady in the car in front of me received her McFlurry. I am a nice person who always says please and thank you no matter what but this lady's attitude is beyond disgusting. I will NEVER go to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was the worst experience ever. With about 4 cars ahead of us, it took an hour and a half to get to the order box. Upon calling out, there was no response, and eventually, when we got to the payment window, I was only able to place the order then. Greeted by an unfriendly staff member wearing a headset I asked what the delay was and where was she when I was calling. She gave a muffled response and walked away from me, leaving my view open to watch 2 of the chefs handle breadrolls and the rest of the ingredients with their bare hands. At the collection window I queried this with the guys handing me the order and his response was that they wash their hands every 15 minutes... so don't worry everyone their hands are clean, when they wipe the sweat off their heads or scratch an itchy nose, don't worry, they will wash their hands in 15 minutes! I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this franchise and won't ever be going...
