It's the worst MacDonald experience I have ever had. I can remember now why I don't frequent that Franchise anymore. Service if staff member not people etiquette or trained (speaks so soft to you but after she had served me I was rather frustrated already, I sat down and she served her own kind and it was audible from two chairs down), my question is does show do this on purpose?
False advertising on the display board, I ordered 1 x 2cheese meals at marked price R49.90, I get get charged R51.90 for coke regular which is not stipulated on the display (come on guys you are ripping customers off).
The burgers quality has gone down the tubes, for burgers to taste like cardboard, at shocking prices, I would rather go to Burger King any time or KFC at least we know it's genuine meat. And for the price you pay it's astounding not worth the visit.
I went to this outlet in the morning for breakfast, the tables are as duty as anything and looks like it's never been cleaned, with all the germs and virus going around I am ashamed that this is called a restaurant. Every table I went to was utterly dirty and not wiped down.
Definitely will be reporting this to the health inspectors and I will never return to this facility period.
Will also post this on all platforms as this is truly bad restauranting experience ever...
Read moreRubbish and incompetent service from both McDonalds and Uber. I placed an order via Uber and about 20 minutes later McDonalds called me to tell me that the driver collected the wrong. They told me to call the Uber driver and tell him to come back to the restaurant. The Uber driver did not answer his phone and I sent him a text alerting him to which he didn’t respond. Then another 20 minutes later McDonalds cancelled my order on the Uber app with no communication whatsoever. Tried calling McDonalds directly to understand what happened but nobody answers the phone. I hope the owner reads this review as this may just be incompetence but also fraudulent activity.
UPDATE: Customer support has responded to this post below requesting me to log my complaint and details on their CRM system. However, the CRM system does not work and there is no way to create an account on their McDonalds CRM system. I have a McDonalds account and my login details don't work on their CRM system. I don't think any of these complaints are actually being actioned or taken seriously by McDonalds and I wonder if the Franchise owner is aware of the incompetency in their store. Read morethe queue was long at the drive thru so decided to go inside with my 12yr old daughter and 1 year old. bought meals for whole family at home including ice-cream. after i had bee standing for over 30min waiting on my order i was told there was no orange juice. i asked lady assisting to swap it out for coke. continued to wait some more after everyone behind me had been served with a now irritable baby. finally received the rest of the order. i asked the lady who gave me the meals to please help me take the food to my car as it was too much for me and my elder daughter to carry alone. the lady agreed and then proceeded to help other customers as if we were not standing in front of her waiting. Finally a lady cleaning aske if we were ok. i replied we were waiting for lady at the counter to accompany us to the car. She said ok and left and when she returned she was surprised to see us still standing with a crying child. She asked if our order was done i replied yes and she kindly assisted us to the car.
