McDonald's Strijdom Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

My daughter and I arrived at around 7:00pm on Sunday night and placed our order on the screen. We approached the counter to pay as I was using cash. After waiting about 15 minutes my order number appeared on the collection screen. We approached the counter and after waiting for a further 10 minutes I enquired about my order. I was told to wait as it was being prepared. We waited another 10 minutes and still no order. While waiting we noticed other orders were flying out to customers who arrived long after us. I enquired once again and was told once more to wait. It was at that point that I realised that my daughter and I were the only white people in the place and we were being ignored. I got angry and started shouting and demanding my order. This brought my daughter to tears as I don't get angry easily. The man at the till barked the instruction to the kitchen and only then did they slowly start preparing my order which took another 5-6 minuted. Finally at home I faced the worst burger in my life. What they advertise is not what they give you. A few weeks earlier I ordered a McFeast Spicy but was disappointed with the burger The burger was haphazardly slapped together in haste it seemed. However I gave them another chance on this occasion a few weeks later, speaking to one of their employees to address my concerns, even speaking to their manager but they still could not deliver to the standard that they present in their menu. See the picture from their menu and compare it to what I got: The toppings was a miniscule blob hardly any sauce leaving the burger dry and tasteless. I didn't see any Jelapinos, the Lettuce didn't even cover the burger. The cheese did not look like a cheese slice. This was a good reminder why I don't normally go to McDonald's. I can count the number of times I've had McDonald's on my 2 hands and until recently on 1 hand. If I have a burger at Mug & Bean the quality is always exceptional and the ingredients always fresh. Steers burgers and Burger King's burgers are much better value for money. How do Burger King and McDonald's both come from the same country but differ so much in value for money? McDonald's strydompark is poor. First of all the workers are all over the place. Cleaners walking in and out with a dirty bucket from the kitchen. Secondly the workers are irresponsible everyone is doing everything, my order was missing my jalapenos I had to check to make sure it was there.

Thirdly I ordered drinks I ordered other stuff they are giving me other stuff the worst part is I was looking at my order being pass from hand to hand of workers.

I understand you are too busy but be organized man , everyone can't do everything. I wanted to see the manager but I couldn't even Recognise him/her because they are all over the place. Other workers leaving other walking around this McDonald's is like clients are now workers.
