The gesture of the cashier at drive through is unprofessional, her name is Koketso, we ordered a roll with butter (unfortunately we diddnt know the name), we asked her before we processed to the payment to confirm the order of which she did, we got to the payment we asked her about the roll and butter, she explained and then we told her thats not what we want? I've unfortunately had another disappointing experience at the Nando's in Mall@55, prompting me to leave a 1-star review.
This isn't a new issue, and despite previous complaints, the quality and service remain subpar.
My recent order was a complete mess. The food was poorly prepared, literally squashed into the packaging, and missing items.
I ordered halloumi, which was completely absent from the order.
The wedges were also incomplete; instead of a full portion, I received what looked like half a pocket. The cooking and serving etiquette were shockingly poor.
Frankly, I cannot recommend this Nando's location.
This recurring issue demonstrates a lack of care and attention to detail, and they clearly haven't addressed the problems despite being made aware of them.

I greeted her first and began to say my order when she interrupted me with an aggressive greeting as if I didn't greet her in the first place. I found that incredibly nasty and even if she didn't hear me, there was a better way at handling that. She had a rotten demeanour throughout our encounter as if I offended her. Just because I was younger than her did not give her that right to treat me like a child with rude manners.
